Member of the Everist Council.

The Everist Council is the leadership for the Cavallian Empire. Their word is set on stone. Their will must always be fulfilled. Deviating from their guidance is met with "Re-education". Or a shot to the head.

The common Cavallian citizen would never notice that the members of the Council all have different mannerism and personalities.

The crocodile head is one of the most seen members of the Council; popularity only rivaled by Kauz the bird head. They are often seen together. 
They has the strongest character, some might say even a control freak. Of all the members Oko seems to be the most ruthless and cold regarding their traditions and laws. 

For Oko everything is white or black. 

Apparently Oko enjoys preparing himself for public presentations. Applying all that soft white powder all over. Picking the best cloak and carefully checking every fold. Oko is also very, very paranoid (explaining the odd pink red ghostly face coming from the drink). They is deadly afraid of traitors. And hates the rebels. There is no spoken word yet, but the rumor of the rebels getting help from the inside of the Empire is making Oko really uncomfortable.
