Hey! It's the same guy! But now older and with untied hair. And wearing part of the normal anti-everist uniform for a Militant.
He only ties his hair when he is going to fight or flight. 
Just wanting to figure out his character.

This face, oh this face...is the face he had on when he realized he was going to work with dirty Cavallian scum.
