Members of the Everist Council.

The Everist Council is the leadership for the Cavallian Empire. Their word is set on stone. Their will must always be fulfilled. Deviating from their guidance is met with "Re-education". Or a shot to the head. The common cavallian citizen would never notice that the members of the Council all have different mannerism and personalities. 

The members are considered genderless entities referred as "They". Their skulls represent their individual personality and serve as a communication device helmet. They are always informed on news from the battlefront or economics. Seeing their true faces or touching them is considered a grave crime. Always met with immediate death. 

You all already met Fishie, now it is the time for Snake. Things to note:

-Fishie is the shortest of them all.

-Snake is very secretive. Never to be seen during the daylight. 

-Snake has a crush. And by crush I mean deeply in love. And you wouldn't guess who. Haaaaa.
