In this case you see some of their talents or occupations. The Everist Council is considered agender by many and themselves. 
Reasons vary individually but a popular theory is that gender is a human thing and the Council is considered above humans.

Oko (the crocodile) acts as the head of the group taking decisions on their own if needed to. They is the director of the Orchestra. They craves control and tends to want to control others, even the other everist members. They is extremely prudish and hates physical contact. Likes to be addressed as Highness Oko. Enjoys having celebrations and drinking rare and exotic elixirs. 
Kauz (the toothed bird) is mainly the spokesperson of the group. They voice is soothing but not deep; however, they laugh is very irritating, like a crow. They thinks very little of others. They is often clashing with Zissen. Drinks all beverages using a straw. 
Tek (the fish) is the ancient technology expert, they has access to a very old database and improved their skulls designs by adding internal circuits and screens (think Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality). They doesn't talk much and seems to be lost in thoughts all the time. Spends most of their time secluded in the Council's secret basements. 
Zissen (the snake), the most secretive of the members. Doesn't participate in public events and has never delivered a speech. They is in charge of the secret intelligence and well...disposal of certain subjects. They approve of weapons of destruction blue prints and projects. 

They all possess a huge amount of raw Ivosy. Ivosy is considered holy as it provided the Cavallians with a strong and durable form of energy to create, expand their territories and defend their ideals.
